Managing tickets
The Centreon Open Tickets community module enables you to integrate Centreon with an incident ticket management system (ITSM tool, called a "provider").
When a service enters a non-OK state, an operator can create a ticket directly from the Centreon interface:
- from the Resource table widget in a dashboard
- from the Open tickets widget in a custom view (legacy).
