Having trouble signing in from our homepage?

I forgot my password​

If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot password?" on the homepage, enter your email address, then choose "Recover your password".

An email will be sent to you allowing you to set a new password that you can use afterwards.

I forgot which email I used​

If you don't remember the email address you used to sign in to DEM, ask an administrator in your organization to check it in the "Organization" view in DEM as follows:

  • Go to the Configuration tab (top right of the screen)
  • Select the relevant site
  • Open the Organization tab.

I don't have a DEM account​

It is also possible you don't yet have an account. In that case, an administrator of your organization (within DEM) can send you an invitation by email. Instructions are available here:
