Invite users and configure password expiration
Experience Monitoring licenses have no user count limits. We recommend inviting everyone involved in the project, regardless of their role. Go to the Organization page to invite users.
User management is detailed here:
Configure CO2 estimation
To estimate CO2, Experience Monitoring needs a few details. Follow the guide on this page:
Revenue tracking and missed revenue
Experience Monitoring can import revenue and conversion rates from your Google Analytics account to correlate them with site performance and availability.
To do so, you must grant read access to your Google Analytics account. This page explains how to set up that connection:
Configure Google Analytics with Experience Monitoring
User journeys
User journeys can be implemented by Experience Monitoring support. Ask your sales contact or open a support request using the question mark in the bottom-right corner.
Find the documentation for user journeys here:
Create a scenario ("User Journey")
Alerts and reports
Once journeys are created, you can receive alerts and recurring reports on their performance.
Alerts and reports are configured on the same screen under Configuration > Alerting.
